02 / From your device to your website

You are abroad.
Your connection exits in Russia.

The Russian server becomes your connection’s exit point. The website sees a different IP address. Your existing account and normal sign-in process stay the same.

A different IP.
The same account.

Instead of your overseas network’s address, the website receives the request from the Russian server’s exit IP. This helps specifically with location-based access restrictions.

A server’s location does not automatically make its address residential.

Your login.
Your verification.

Sign in yourself using your usual browser or app. Bad Russian does not need your bank password or SMS verification codes.

The website controls account eligibility, identity checks and access rules.

Try your use case.
Then decide.

Use the trial for a real task: open a website, sign in to your account and check whether the functions you need are available.

A successful test on one device or network is not a guarantee for every situation.

03 / RUSSIAN IP

What a Russian IP
can help with.

Bad Russian provides a network connection. Website rules, account eligibility and identity checks are set by the service you are using.

01

Location-based access

A website may accept the Russian exit IP where it rejects a connection from abroad.

02

Your existing accounts

Use your own login in the website or app. Passwords and SMS codes stay between you and that service.

03

A test in your own conditions

Use the trial on your actual device and network before committing to a paid plan.

06 / Russian IP questions

What changes.
What stays yours.

Ask your own
What changes when I connect?

Websites using the Russian route see a different external IP address. This may help with geographic access restrictions. Your account and sign-in verification remain yours.

Is a Russian IP a residential IP?

Country and network type are different properties. A server address should not be assumed to be residential, mobile or dedicated to one person unless that is separately confirmed.

Why use a server in Russia?

It provides a Russian exit point for the connection. A website can also consider address reputation, network type and the state of your account.

Can I access a bank or tax account?

Try the website through the Russian route. A VPN can help with connection-related restrictions; it does not replace SMS verification, identity checks or resolution of account restrictions.

How do I tell an account issue from a connection issue?

If ordinary websites work but one service asks for verification or reports an account restriction, keep the error message. Tell support the website, country, device and network type, without passwords or verification codes.

Does this change the country of my whole device?

A VPN routes network connections. It does not change your App Store region, phone number, documents or account settings. Each application can use its own rules.

Can I check before paying?
