The link did not open the app
Install Incy first, then open the setup button again. Alternatively, copy your personal subscription link from the bot and add it in the app. Do not publish that link.
VPN is on, but a website is unavailable
Check that you selected the Russian route. Reload the website and read its error message: a request for SMS or account verification needs to be completed with that service.
It works on Wi-Fi but not on mobile data

Why do I need both Incy and Bad Russian?
Incy is a third-party app for connecting to servers. Bad Russian provides your personal connection link and access to its infrastructure. Installing the app alone does not create a Bad Russian subscription.
Which iOS version is required?
When we checked the App Store listing on 12 October 2026, Incy required iOS / iPadOS 15.0 or later. Check the app’s listing for current compatibility and regional availability.
Why does my iPhone ask to add a VPN configuration?
This is the iOS system permission the VPN app needs to connect. Confirm it in the app you installed through the official link. Your bank password is not needed for setup.
Where is my connection link?
In your private Bad Russian bot chat, in the access card. Open the Apple setup button or copy the link and add it to Incy as a subscription.
Can I move my access to a new iPhone?
Use your existing connection link. The trial allows one device and paid access allows up to five. Contact support if an old device is taking up your allowance.
Can I use mobile data and Wi-Fi?
The app uses your device’s current internet connection. Availability and speed may differ between networks, so test your use case on both.
Will the trial charge me automatically?
No. It does not require a card. New users receive 3 days and 3 GB on one device; you decide whether to buy paid access afterwards.
